It all begins with an idea. During our Discovery Phase, we get clear on your vision. We work to clarify your wants and needs so we may deliver the best space and home possible.

Be it a renovation, a remodel, a new build, or a quick fix - we are here to support your home’s needs. We do not like to over complicate things, however we like to be overly organized in our process. You can guarantee you will receive the best outcome as we take pride in doing the job right. ( a little OCD goes a long way).

We get to work based on the Discovery Phase and then present you with design options and design boards.

Approvals Phase: budgets, numbers, finishes, fixtures, etc. This is the time that everything is reviewed in detail and approved, prior to beginning the project itself.

Procurement Phase: At Wellhouse Builders we do things a bit differently in that we procure almost everything prior to pressing play, so that the only hold-ups are unforeseen hiccups (which we try to account for in the process). We secure additional funds in the approval process so that you are not taken by much of a surprise if hiccups do arise. This way we can streamline the process and move efficiently to the finish line.

This is when we press play and go into our rabbit hole - the only reason you hear from us during this phase is for status updates or if something unforeseen arises.

We truly pride ourself in this process as we are sticklers for details and perfectionism.
